Q: What is a Subscription?
A: Subscriptions offer an individual or company the opportunity to view content from the 2011 and 2010 Conferences. You will receive access to view unlimited streaming of presentations online for one full year from the date of subscription.

Q: How do I play the videos?
A: The streamed sessions play through a browser on any recent computer, mobile device, or tablet video player. 

Q: What file formats are being used?
A: All sessions are H.264/AAC encoded and are compatible with any recent computer, mobile device, or tablet.

Q: Why can't I view the videos/audio on my web browser?
A: You may need to download the latest version of the Adobe Flash Player.

Q: After I have purchased the content from the store, what happens next?
A: You will receive an email with log in instructions and a link to the website. 
 
Q: How long is my subscription valid?
A: The subscription is valid for up to one year from the date of purchase.  
 
Q: Will additional content be added after the 2012 Conference and will I be able to access it with my current subscription? 
A: 2012 sessions will be added after the Conference. Content will be available to view until the date your subscription expiration (One year from date of purchase).  
 
Q: Can I purchase an individual session or track?  
A: No. This is not available at this time.  
 
Q: Can I receive CE credit by watching content online? 
A: WVC online Conference Presentations do not qualify for RACE approved CE credit.  
 
Q: Will the content play on my Android smartphone? 
A: The content will stream to many Android smartphones. However, some Android smartphones with the OS version 2.2 (Froyo) will experience streaming issues. If an update to OS 2.3 "Gingerbread" is available for your device, we recommend updating it in order to view the streaming content.
