All “WVC Presentations On-Demand” subscriptions are backed by our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. If at any time during the first 30 days of purchasing your “WVC Presentations On-Demand” subscription you feel that our service and/or product does not meet your expectations and you would like a refund, we will issue a full refund.

At the time of refund, your membership will be canceled and you will no longer have access to “WVC Presentations On-Demand”. If you have set-up multiple accounts with WVC Presentations On-Demand, those accounts will be treated as one (1) account.

The Calculation of 30 Days

Account activity is measured from the date of payment of your subscription fee.  An active account entitles you to access to “WVC Presentations On-Demand”. If your account has been active for more than 30 days, we will be unable to issue you a refund.  No partial refunds will be granted, nor any type of refund beyond the 30 day limit.

Number of Refunds

We will only issue a refund one time. If you subscribe and timely (within the first 30 days) request a refund, it will be issued in full. If you subsequently re-subscribe and then again request a refund, your request will be denied. Once a refund request is submitted and processed, your account will be closed (but not deleted) and you will no longer have access to "WVC Presentations On-Demand".

Refund Processing Time

We will process all valid refunds within 72 hours of the request provided your account is eligible to receive a refund. Return of funds may take up to (7) seven days.
